ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT PROJECT
We are calling an on-line meeting of Linkedin members, with a passion to help Refugees, and with some experience in voluntary work, for interactive consultations.
Several nations have kindly received Afghan Refugees, majority of whom currently do not have any source of income or occupation. There are several areas where there are lots of vacancies that have remained unfilled. For example in the UK vacancies for (1) Staff to fill the empty supermarket shelves (2) Staff to pick fruits and vegetables from farms and (3) Truck Drivers are remaining unfilled and that situation causes a lot of logistical problems and inconvenience for the business owners as well as the members of the public.
Is there a way of helping the Refugees to become independent earners while, simultaneously, helping to fill the vacancies that have remained unfilled?
